Shipping Policy

The price shown on each product is the base machine price. Because freight cost depends on the destination, the equipment configuration, and the carrier, freight is quoted separately. After you submit your purchase order, your account representative calculates the freight quote based on your delivery destination and confirms it with you before a final invoice is issued for approval.

Your account representative reviews each purchase order within 4 business hours. Production and ship dates are confirmed during order confirmation, after freight, custom tooling, spindle, and vacuum options have been finalized. Lead times vary by model and current production schedule and will be communicated to you in writing before shipment.

Machines ship on a pallet or crate via LTL/freight carrier. At checkout we collect your delivery destination and any receiving notes (such as dock hours and forklift availability) so delivery can be scheduled correctly. The receiving party is responsible for unloading equipment at the delivery address. Please inspect all shipments on arrival and note any visible damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

If your shipment arrives damaged, document the damage with photos, note it on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
