Return & Refund Policy

CNC router machines purchased directly through this website may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the machine must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in its original crate and packaging with a Return Authorization number (RA#) issued by our team.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, and a 15% restocking fee applies to returned machines. Custom-configured systems and special-order options may be non-returnable; any such items are identified during order confirmation before your invoice is finalized. To start a machine return, request an RA# using the contact details below.

Purchases made through a dealer or third-party retailer must be returned to that same retailer in accordance with their return policy.

CNC router parts and accessories purchased directly through Industrial CNC may be returned within 10 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Parts must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and must contain our Return Authorization number (RA#). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

This return policy does not apply to any parts or accessories which have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, or neglect (including but not limited to maintenance, accident, improper installation, or modification).

Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of the returned parts or accessories. Refunds will be issued via commercial check or credited to the card used for purchase.
